Dr. Steven Seligman is the reason we have a beautiful and healthy family of five! I thought this picture was priceless. He only actually delivered Avery (had a kidney stone when Lillie was born and was not on call when Grafton was born!) but he is the reason my pregnancies were successful and the little ones healthy. He is an OBGYN but to the Owings family, he will always be our hero!
